Healthy Protein Filled Snack Options

Hard boiled eggs
Banana, peanut butter, and milk shake.. Add half a cup of oatmeal to it for more fiber and protein
Hummus with carrot or celery sticks
Simple homemade oatmeal raisin cookies
(Use a microwave safe bowl and mix ¼ cup of oats, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of raisins, , ¼ tablespoon of baking soda , 1 egg white, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and. Flatten it to the bottom of the bowl and microwave on high for 45 seconds)

Edamame has 11 grams for every ½ a cup
Chicken, turkey or tuna sandwiches.. Make sure to use 100% wheat bread
Mixed nuts or trail mix. Find one with dried fruit for a sweet taste

Cottage cheese mixed with fruit
Protein bar. I always liked the Special K brand but there are tons to choose from
Chocolate milk 2% or low fat. It is especially beneficial right after your workout
Rice cake and almond butter
Greek yogurt with berries and few roasted almonds
