Crunches in Bed.. Try it Yourself

weightlossI came across an article today that talked about doing stomach crunches first thing in the morning when you wake up. Start with 10 and everyday add one until you get up to 100. You may have to set your alarm clock a few minutes earlier but it’s a small price to pay for a flatter tummy. I’m taking the challenge and doing my crunches right when I wake up.. I hope some of you will take this challenge up too 🙂

I know it will be hard to remember so I’m going to put a note pad to keep track of how many I’m supposed to do every day and big post it in front of me reminding me to do them. I enjoy changing up my routines, it will probably at least give me a little more energy in the morning.

Remember to hold your core tight!!
